    I need this today - sometimes focusing on the little things is easier and more rewarding than having to think about the bigger things. So here goes......

    After many discussions, Jess finally sees why I want to give her something to cherish for her 18th, rather than PlayStation games
    Have found the most delicious red wine - after years of not being able to drink red wine it’s nice to be able to appreciate it again

    - Another day of eating well (this is making me happy since it is a huge struggle).
