    Daily positives

    Sometimes when we're struggling we need to look at things on a smaller scale. This is something my counsellor got me to do to show me that things aren't always as bad as they seem. It makes the Friday fab 5's easier too

    So it's just a case of naming 3 positives. It doesn't matter how small they are, they just have to be positive.

    So for me today that would be;

    - have managed the basics
    - even showered!
    - sausage casserole for tea!

    Love this!

    - good day at the in laws
    - £400 Armagnac (wow it was good!)
    - croissants
    The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

    That’s for real (my in laws have a lot of money - Si is always telling me I married up )

    My 3 positives today

    - my ESA decision, I’m still entitled

    Ok, only one positive but it’s a biggie so I’m hoping it’s allowed?
