    Friday Fab 5's - Friday 15th February 2019

    It's that time of the week again! What 5 (or more or less) things have been good for you this week? It doesn't have to be something huge like crossing the Pacific in a row boat, enjoying a cuppa is just as good! Any negatives will be removed though!

    Mine for this week;

    - time spent with J as always
    - a wonderful gift for Valentine's, that man knows me better than anyone
    - sorted my debts
    - got organised with various appointments

    Your turn!
    Tên përdu, jhamâi së rëcôbro

    It’s been a quiet week, but

    - gorgeous, springlike colours on my nails and toes
    - seeing mum and dad
    - lovely conversations with Jess
    - Katie is so happy in her new job
    - being spoilt for Valentines Day/engagement anniversary
    - watching A Quiet Place, what an awesome film that is!

    Good week for me.
    All of my swabs have come back negative so my operation goes ahead.
    Down a pound at WW.
    All the children enjoyed the crafts. Last week we made the flower pot with 3 flowers, and I love you written on them. This week we made a daffodil that could stand on it's own.

    Finally my 5 positives after a long break:
    - my mom's last blood tests came rather postive taking into consideration her condition;
    - an ex colleague and actually a friend made a surprise visit to my office;
    - nice exchange of small gifts among colleagues;
    -nice time cuddling with my cat;
    - making plans for summer time.

    How did it get to Friday already???
    Here goes
    - completed and really enjoyed our youth weekend.
    - sleep is slowly improving and I'm feeling more rested when I awaken up.
    - have a sense of hope and contentment with where I'm at but still a belief I still have a way to go.... but that's ok and I'm ok with that.
    - my daughter doing fab with Camhs. She feels heard and understood. That's really what we all want isn't it?
    - knowing recovery is a journey and is hard work but I CAN do it. I have a future. It may be bumpy but its mine and I'm going to be here to live it.
