Thanks Mike and Suzi. I use a leave in conditioner but I’m probably a bit impatient. We are going to Norfolk.

Take your time washing it as for combing your hair start from the bottom and work upwards that way your not pulling anything the whole way through hair to then have to tug at the bottom to remove knots etc

Have a really good break. Are you away for long?

We are back from Norfolk. I am bruised all the way from my coccyx all the way down my right buttock to my right knee. I went back to the gym today and did an aqua class. I feel a bit better in myself as I was beginning to feel a bit depressed. We have made some plans and I have made some apricot and pistachio flapjacks from T kerridge new book. Iíve also put on 6lbs but I feel motivated to lose it. Staying in a hotel was lovely but did not help. Iíve also done little exercise except walking and a bit of swimming whilst we were away. Been pulling out the glue in my head mostly out now.

Ok thanks, EJ. The confidence will come back - and thatíll be easier as the reminders of what happened start to fade

That sounds like a horrible injury! I shouldn't worry about the weight lovely, you tend to lose it quickly!
Hope you're being well looked after!
