    Friday Fab 5's: Friday 11th January 2019

Morning everyone! It's Friday! Time to shout from the rooftops everything that's awesome!

So... What 5 (or more or less) things have been positive for you or made you smile this week? They can be as small as a nice cup of tea, or as huge as dancing the fandango on a cruise ship round the bahamas! Remember no negatives!!

    Mine to get you started:

~ Friends and daily videos and the quiz over on the forum
~ Things coming together to help support one of my young people
~ Putting the world to rights with a friend all the way over in California
    ~ My wonderful family
~ I now have a certificate stating that I am always right from a friend! I love it! M and the kids aren't as sure!

    Your turn!
Please always remember that I am always right. I have a framed certificate to prove it.

When in doubt, stop and think... WWSS? (What Would Suzi Say?)

    • Bridge resumed and we had Jaffa cakes during the interval.
    • Lunch at the Boundary Stone and a nice walk there and back despite the cold and gloom.

    - Got my essay handed in on time
    - Love and support from here as always, even when I don't open up when I should I know it's always there.
    - Read the most amazing book about the Hull fishwives who transformed the fishing industry in the 1968 after the triple trawler disaster. Absolutely brilliant book!

    These are all brilliant!

If no one has had a go at this, you don't have to get all 5, just 1 would be awesome. It could be that you got up each day or that you had a hug from someone or a cup of tea....

A much belated input from me. Sorry I haven't contributed to Fab 5's for so long.

Managing to rest a bit more.
NY's resolution is to say NO politely when people ask me to do things.
Spending more time going out with hubby.
What a lovely lot you are here!
Speaking to my 'not so small' babes on the phone.
    Doing my jigsaw!

Hi EJ! Thanks for joining in this week, it's lovely to see you. I'd love some of your recipes if you ever fancy sharing? We could start up a new recipe thread which would be awesome!
Rejoining SW? How is it for veggie/vegan? I thought you were losing loads of weight - has that been sorted?
