So I know this thread is a bit flippant, but does it help?

Yes I think it does help, occasionally I have forgotten my meds and very rarely taken them twice in one day so a lighthearted thread like this does help.

Well I thought I’d taken mine this morning after my lovely mushrooms on toast but just found them on top of the cake tin or were they yesterday’s?! I know I’ve definitely taken my thyroid one but not sure about my ADs. I’ve got a bit of a fuzzy head but I didn’t sleep very well. What should I do?

That's always a problem if you're not sure if you've already taken them as taking them again could be a double dose, if I suspect I may have taken them but not sure, I don't take them (again) but make sure I take them the following day. I'm on Sertraline and the occasional missed dose doesn't bother me, my BP meds I've had no problem if I missed them but a double dose could cause a sudden drop in BP.

Not being medical professionals we can't really say what is best just what we'd do.
