I’ve been told about an app available on the App Store ‘Beat Panic’ which aims to guide you through a panic attack. It’s priced at 99p. It’s still in the NHS beta testing stage so I’m not sure whether it’s any good or what glitches there might be. If anyone wants to try it, please be conscious of that and ‘proceed accordingly’
