    Friday Fab 5's: Friday 14th September 2018

So in the old DWD tradition, what 5 (or more or fewer) things have been positive for you or made you smile this week? Remember they don't have to be world records, but getting up and seeing the sunshine is more than enough - it's about what made YOU smile...

    Mine to get you started:

~ We made it through the week
~ Watching the birds play in the water of the pond
~ Going to Church for the first time in ages and being welcomed with such love
~ The most amazing love and support from here as always, you guys are awesome
~ Finding away to crochet even though my wrists are still bad. Choosing a pattern and beautiful yarn to make something for me!

    Your turn!

    - my lovely training centre. It's really proving to be a big positive in my life. I'm hoping to increase to 3 days a week shortly.
    - help from my nurse to make tough decisions.
    - my husband just being living and understanding.
    - being able to come to this safe place and be totally open and honest without fear of judgement.

I'm a little bit late but I'm here now.
    A good week for me.
My hand has been getting better every day.
I've got out of doing any housework because of my hand.
I've been out and about and got my walk in most days.
    Down at ww.
The love and support from everyone here. Thanks everyone.
