It's Friday and so is fine for the fab 5s!
For those of you who haven't done a Fab 5s challenge yet the rules are easy. It's about finding 5 (or more, or fewer) things that have made you smile or been positive for you this week. They doubt have to be things like climbed a mountain or swam the Pacific ocean lol, but maybe getting up each day or eating each day are just as important and deserve to be celebrated.
NO negativity allowed.

~ Setting the world to rights with my little sister and my Mum
~ My amazing husband and our kitchen refurbishment!
~ Daily vids with Mike - I've watched some horrors of videos to find ones which are ok to post!
~ Friendship and laughter
~ Mindfulness practise.
