    Friday Fab 5's: Friday 10th August 2018

It's Friday and so is fine for the fab 5s!

For those of you who haven't done a Fab 5s challenge yet the rules are easy. It's about finding 5 (or more, or fewer) things that have made you smile or been positive for you this week. They doubt have to be things like climbed a mountain or swam the Pacific ocean lol, but maybe getting up each day or eating each day are just as important and deserve to be celebrated.
    NO negativity allowed.

    Mine to get you started:

~ Spending time with my babies
~ Laughs with my children and the daily video with Mike and his awesome quiz
~ My amazing husband and our kitchen refurbishment!
    ~ Friendship
    ~ RAIN! And cooler temperatures!
    ~ Mindfulness practise.

    Your turn...
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

    That's fantastic sissy....
Well I'm going to be the early bird for a change.....beats being the last!
. Had a really good lesson yesterday.
. Lovely lunch with Ian and my cousin.
. Conversation with both of my babies yesterday. J is staying with Zoe.
. It's much cooler so I managed to sleep well last night!
. Having an easy day today and doing nothing much.

Managed to swim the pacific the other day.
Abseiled down Salisbury cathedral when I had ten minutes to spare.
    Well..I can dream can't I?

I know Salisbury Cathedral very well! We used to have many services in there when I was at school and we used to use the choir stalls for the choir to be in and it was wonderful!
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

Spending time with Aisling. It will be gone so soon, because the years are flying by.
Going on an adventure in the woods. A lovely day out with 4 of my favorite people.
Having some down time. Just chilling and doing nothing.
I'm really enjoying the holidays. I had to have the alarm on this week and I didn't like it.
The love and friendships here. What would I do without you all?

I absolutely love Salisbury cathedral...spent many hours there reflecting and lighting candles for my loved ones that have passed.
