    Et je m'envole, vole, vole, vole, vole, vole. Que d'espérance.
    It was a tough week, but I SURVIVED....

    Mine are:
    - nice walking in the park;
    -cuddles with my cat;
    -less people and a little bit more relax;
    - having done an urgent and important medical translation (Suzi and Paula, thanks for support by the way)

    These are all brilliant! Thank you all for sharing.

    Interesting point - I told my mindfulness psychologist about the fab 5's as one of our tasks this week is to mindfully notice the positive things and keep a note of them every day and she said it was brilliant
    Please always remember that I am always right. I have a framed certificate to prove it.
