    Hi

    Hi everyone
Well I'm glad I found this site I've struggled with depression for last 5 years 2 years ago I had to leave my family home and kids due to marriage breakdown.
It was the worst time of my life leaving my kids and still cuts me up even now being a part time dad just hope it will get easier I don't have many friends to talk to and family don't understand.

    Hi and welcome to DWD
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

    Hi and welcome to DWD!
Do you get to see your children often? Have you spoken to your Dr about how you are feeling?
Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!

Feeling a bit more up beat had my lad for a few hours today it's so hard for me as I live on my own now I recently split with my girlfriend as she couldn't take it when I was low after taking my kids back. I've seen the docs done the tablet route but couldn't cope with the side effects just plodding along at moment day to day.

Haven’t your doctors told you that there’s around 30 different types of ADs available and that every person reacts differently to each one? It may be that another type might help you
