Well in the absence of anymore entries I can say it is one or the other of you or could even be a dead heat. When I get up tomorrow morning I shall begin the marking process (after brekky of course) and we shall see who comes out supreme the Boss Lady or the Princess or maybe and this is a very long shot Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss X who has ticked the box for no publicity

YAY! Either Gold or Silver! (I'm allergic to gold, so can it be white gold or platinum please?)
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

    Thanks to all the participants.

The winner of Quiz 2 with an outstanding score of 27 points is *drum roll*

    Paula

A special mention goes to Suzi with the witty and possibly correct answer to the following:

question (30): Irving Berlin was famous for writing what?

Answer: Postcards, I awarded 1/2 point for sheer brilliance (and he probably did write postcards)

Answer I was looking for was "songs" though accepted "musicals" as he wrote songs for musicals and was involved with musicals.

The mini car question (24) I would have said 1960's it first appeared on British roads in 1959 so the answer was 1950's.
