Hi Pete . It’s good to meet you. This is a friendly, warm, safe place to be and make friends. Have you talked to your doctor about how you feel?

Hi Pete, is there any reason you don't want to go on tablets, there's also talking therapies which can help.

Hunni, there’s several options which you doctor can talk to you about. You can’t easily access that help without seeing your doctor, I’m afraid

You don't necessarily have to use medication, but talking therapies etc are primarily accessed via your GP unless you can find somewhere you can self refer to..
Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!
