It's surprising how soothing the sound of a waterfall or the ripple of a small stream can be, just do what you need to do to get past this upsetting time. Listening to your girls and their friends laughter and seeing their smiles is good therapy.

Just what the doctor ordered for today. Take things easy and no stress for the weekend. Nothing nicer than hearing teenagers laugh. Enjoy your barbecue.

Thank you all so much. You are all such wonderful friends. I am so glad you all came into my life x
Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
but today's best is more than good enough for today.

You have a habit of attracting people to you - like, idk, Velcro ?
Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.

So sorry love that you lost Casey. I've been so wrapped up in my own disappointment that I haven't been checking all the threads. How selfish of me. I do apologise! You need that time together to mend. And as the others have said, there's nothing like the laughter of children to lift the spirits is there?
