    Or is deemed to be enough "in crisis" to warrant their involvement...
    Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
    That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
    but today's best is more than good enough for today.

    I only have access to their telephone line not the actual crisis team only the doctor can get them

    The more you call them when you need to then the better as they can build up a proper picture of how you are, how you are coping and what support you need.
    Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
    That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
    but today's best is more than good enough for today.

    Yes they now have a crisis plan for me. I’m not in crisis tho i just feel a bit in limbo i get told oh you have bpd, we will refer you for this course which i knew there would be a wait in but didnt expect it to be quite as long with nothing in between, i am sure i will live its just been a bad week, even dermatology who usually say have some light therapy now want biopsies and are saying i may need immunosurpressants.
    Think i may use my gym like a spa at the weekend and go for a jacuzzi and sauna etc some chill time
