I had an assessment on Sunday I cant say they would be the same but at mine they got some background information on me etc and also what my issues are what the causes are so they can then refer me to the correct team,

I know it's scary, but honestly it'll be basically admin as Angie has said - what your issues are, how they affect you...
Let us know how you get on?

That's OK, it's a point to work towards...
Do you have any other support or options until then?

Then use them, they’re a resource not many of us get so make the most of them
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
