    Dear Dad...

A big challenge for me this past twelve months has been the passing of my father. Itís been a trigger for my illness but also a source of some inspiration. It really helped writing this letter. Hope nobody minds me posting it here.

I love my Dad 10 years ago and I still struggle with him not being here any more. I still have his mobile number on my phone, I still talk to him. I think it's something that has to be taken slowly..
Have you had any bereavement therapy?
Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
but today's best is more than good enough for today.

That was beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us
Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.

Death is one of the most painful emotions. When my friend died I went to bereavement counselling and it helped a lot. Like you still talking to your dad I talk to my friend and visit her grave whenever I can. I think with bereavement you have to take it slowly. Even now I catch myself thinking about her when I'm sad.

They look at me and think I'm cool, I'm purplefan at night I rule.
