    Dear Dad...

A big challenge for me this past twelve months has been the passing of my father. It’s been a trigger for my illness but also a source of some inspiration. It really helped writing this letter. Hope nobody minds me posting it here.

I love my Dad 10 years ago and I still struggle with him not being here any more. I still have his mobile number on my phone, I still talk to him. I think it's something that has to be taken slowly..
Have you had any bereavement therapy?

Death is one of the most painful emotions. When my friend died I went to bereavement counselling and it helped a lot. Like you still talking to your dad I talk to my friend and visit her grave whenever I can. I think with bereavement you have to take it slowly. Even now I catch myself thinking about her when I'm sad.
