    Here goes sat on my own other half is in bed. Kids are in bed. Trying to get him up not happening. My inner speaker in my head is ripping me up inside.

    Why are you trying to get him up? Can you do something different?
    Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!

    Hunni, try to remember that dealing with a loved one who has depression is really hard. He needs his space as much as you need to talk. There needs to be a bit of give and take

    I see what you mean.
    Sat thinking why me with this illness. I've seen him for 4 hours today.
    What does it mean when your feeling like your being ripped up inside.

    I hate to say it but why not you? Depression doesn’t discriminate, I’m afraid, it can hit anyone.
