    When do we stop

Wishing everyone a happy New year? Is there a set date or does it just dry out gradually?

I see a woman in the nightWith a baby in her hand Under an old street light Near a garbage can. Now she puts the kid away,
and she's gone to get a hit She hates her life,
and what she's done to it. There's one more kid that will never go to school Never get to fall in love,
    never get to be cool.

I still wish people a happy new year if I haven't seen them yet... I think it dies out gradually.

Think I've said it about 10 times today with all the phone calls at work, though with those I know well its "Happy new year and all that " lol Think first 2 weeks with people you've not spoken to in that time afterwards, its a bit pointless.
