I almost forgot to tell you all. Working on the principle that I actively encourage honesty wrt mental health, and try to challenge stigma where I can, yesterday I wrote a group email to all the trustees I work with at the charity telling them that a meds change has impacted my MH and I will do what I can, though I may have to step back at times. I’ve had a few replies, and one positive message in particular that I never would have expected-.gif ")")
