    Friday Fab 5's: Friday 10th November 2017

It's Friday! The end of the week, the beginning of the weekend - however you choose to look at it it's here! That means it's time for the Fab 5's!

What 5 (or more, or fewer) things have made you smile or been positive for you this week?

No negativity please, or it will be removed
Remember - this isn't about scaling physical mountains necessarily, it's about those victories which are yours.

    Mine to get you started:

    ~ My amazing Practise nurses
~ Kind, loving and humbling messages and support from here and fb
~ Crash - pita but lovely
~ Marc and my babies for their love, support and help
    ~ Home made Mochas!

    Your turn!

    1. School. Although I love it when Aisling is off, sometimes routine is nice too.
    2. Knitting. Keeps both the hands and the mind busy.
    3. Back to teaching the children this week. Really looking forward to it.
    4. Frosty mornings. Cold but so bright.
    5. I'm going to put in a weird one here. Weight watchers because I wouldn't have lost this weight without them.

Plans to do a craft fair with my mate and giving him ideas of stuff to make.
Getting puppy cuddles from Max. He’s been a grumpy monkey for ages but finally starting to come round again.
    Seeing my boys tomorrow.
    Survived another challenging week
One more counselling session and I can say that for the first time I’ve made it to the end

Last but not least my turn.

    • Nice lunch and chinwag with my sister.
    • Custard club with a big turnout and we had CUSTARD
    • Bridge me and my partner won a rubber
    • Brill lunch at the Old Boat house and a nice walk home.
    • Listening to CD's of Sisters of Mercy.
70 and counting, less of the "Old" call me "Mike"
