    Yeah the doctor said the same. It's only a minor headache anyway I find usually wears off within an hour if I go outside and get ain't fresh air.

    Wouldn't go as far as to say I'm feeling positive but being back on speaking terms with my friend is possibly the single best help I could've asked for. We haven't even known each other for that long but there has been loads of times I've been feeling low and she's cheered me up without even knowing that I was feeling down in the first place.

    That is good news! We’re social creatures and support from friends can make a huge difference

    It's not like suddenly everything is sunshine and rainbows because nothing is ever that easy but just that feeling that somebody is there and they do care makes a massive difference.
