Just back from bridge, I got cramp in my right thigh and jumped up which made me a little dizzy soon recovered though (don't I have an exciting life)

My bridge play was a bit hit and miss but the highlight I was in a 3NT contract, went 3 and got 4

It's sweltering outside only 9 bridge players at bridge but all in all a very pleasant afternoon

Ouch just caught my lower lip with my thumb nail, who'd have thought typing was a health hazard

Probably a bit dehydrated with walk up to to bridge in the hot sun and the room was pretty warm too. I've chugged down some water since I've been home.

Hahaha!...you're not going on my laptop so there!..re the cramp. My mum used to get terrible cramp in her legs at night. She met a lady on holiday years ago who said she used to suffer too, but her doctor recommended a glass of pineapple juice a day. It virtually stopped all mums cramp! Have a good day Mike

Oh...and if you can't get rid of hiccups,swallow a teaspoonful of vinegar....works every time!
