Done nothing all afternoon as it has rained since lunch time, had planned to cut a cabbage from the garden but can't be bothered to don rain gear & wellies then brave the rain and the mud, so tinned veggies for dinner.

I love cabbage too mike...in Ireland we used to boil a gammon joint then cook the cabbage in the gammon water. Wonderful! Have a good day Mike.

Not much going on here, I'll probably walk to the Boundary Stone for Sunday lunch and buy some porridge on the way home.

    FYI wet and windy here.

^^^ Re the video you'll find Nirvana's Smells like Teen Spirit at about the 40 minute mark and Rammstein's Du Riechst So Gut is the last song

Just back from lunch at the Boundary Stone had Yorkshire stack (basically sausages and mash served in 2 Yorkshires stacked one on top of the other with peas and carrots and a mini-jug of gravy and for pud had apple crumble and custard though a tad more of the 'golden nectar' wouldn't have gone amiss.

Did some shopping at the Co-op and walked home, rain stopped but very windy, on days like these I wish I was a bit more substantial rather than a nine and a half stone weakling who gets blown away by anything more than a slight breeze

Eat more cake, more pie, more custard - your choice whether you eat it together or not lol
