Nothing wrong with being forthright Flo.

A lot of work was done in background by the ladies who set up the Gold Club after the lunch club was stopped being run by the WRVS. I've got the Gold Club AGM minutes here and the club applied for funding from the Awards for All Lottery fund to cover costs for 12 months and were successfully awarded £5592.50 (a rather odd figure). So Flo maybe the GA club could go down that route. The GA club looks a lot bigger than the Gold Club at the AGM it was proposed and agreed unanimously by a a nod of heads that the Gold Club would be restricted to 20 otherwise they would need a lot more volunteers.

Flo you are straight speaking when it is required and sensitive, tactful and caring when needed, all spiced up with a delicious touch of humour

    It's bridge today isn't it?
Has your wild flowers seed arrived yet?

Bridge today so I'll be moving out shortly, yes my meadow mix has arrived need to sort out round the edge of the bed keeping a few of the plants I've got left there. Roughly rake it level then scatter the meadow mix it's way too windy today even I was ready to sow as it'd blow all the seed away.

I hope you came up trumps at bridge today Mike. Hector hit here around 3 last night and woke me. I was praying that he would blow himself out before our school tour today.

It's a shame more people don't attend these sort of clubs. They are a great way to meet new people and cut down on loneliness. I love going to my lunch club but I do think they should be made more accessible.

They look at me and think I'm cool, I'm purplefan at night I rule.

Yes had a good time Suzi, had a slight panic attack about halfway through the first session (probably my depression just giving me a poke, it caught me out as it came from nowhere) but it soon passed.
