    Thank you for your lovely thoughts. I was still up at 330 this morning not able to sleep and my alarm goes off at 6.. Today I shall be mostly a zombie
    Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
    That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
    but today's best is more than good enough for today.

    A little tip suzi if your feeling the effects of lack of sleep. Try sucking a ice cube. it really does shake you awake. I hope you get better though.

    They look at me and think I'm cool, I'm purplefan at night I rule.

    I've been eating ice cubes all day Didn't realise they were meant to help though lol

    Not really been pacing, don't feel like I've stopped much with F having an eye test this evening - she's chosen epic new specs and they are going to change mine for me as I HATE Them, so in a couple of weeks I'll have some that I like much more!
    Anyway, am going to get an early night tonight....

    Feeling any better today love? There's nothing worse than lack of sleep! I sympathise. Specially trying to 'get off' and watching the clock go round. Hope you managed a good night last night. Thinking of you.

    I regularly chomp on ice cubes, Si hates it when I do as it sets his teeth on edge . I'm thinking I need new glasses, I like mine when I first got them but not so much now. When they're part of your face all the time, they've got to be right, I feel. Try to take it easy today
