I am so proud of you for handling that situation really well. You calmly told her how it made you feel and followed through with consequences.

I can't draw at all - apart from a worm and a bird wearing a top hat, a sheep, a cloud and maybe a tree...
Today I aim to be the best person I can be.
That mean that yesterday or tomorrow I might be a better person,
but today's best is more than good enough for today.

I can draw the curtains, and I can draw breathe and that about it.

That's cheating! Sheep and clouds are the same thing.....you just put legs on the cloud for a sheep!

We got homework from drawing for next week. We have to draw a face. The teacher showed us how so we just have to put it into practice.

Down a pound at weight watchers this morning. Delighted with myself that at least I was down something. That 11 and a half pounds now and I'm so glad it's going the right way. Since I went back on the 22nd of June, I've either stayed the same or been down. I've not been up at all. I now weigh 14st 3 and a half pounds. I'm so glad not to have the 15st looking at me any more. This is how I remember losing weight the last time. Slow and steady. I'm not going to win any races doing it this way but I hope it will stay off this time.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.

Morning all. It's a present morning here. No rain or wind just a lot of clouds. However I think the forecast promised a present day.

I'm meeting up with the girls later for coffee. I didn't go last week and I missed it so much. We have a lot to catch up on.

I love the idea of a "present morning!" I know it's a typo, but that really resonates with me atm working on mindfulness and being "in the present" as well as the deeper meaning for it too.

    Enjoy coffee lovely!
