Well done for taking it easy today. You've been as busy as a beaver since well before Christmas and you really need to recharge your batteries!

Hi Paula. Yes I'm ok thanks. Been taking it easy for the last few days. A friend of mine died yesterday, someone my best friend and I used to work with. She'd been struggling with cancer for a few years so in one way it was a happy release. Apart from doing my usual rolls etc. for the shop I've been reading and doing my jigsaw and generally chilling! Sorry I haven't checked in much, but when I get back from Taunton later I'll say hello to everyone.Take it easy.xxx

Oh hunni I'm sorry about your loss, however I know what you mean about it also being a good thing too so she's not in pain anymore... I think those deaths are so hard as you feel guilty about it being a kind release for the person concerned.

Glad you've been taking things easy love, it's about time you did!
How's your mood? Ian? Your furry and feathery friends?

Morning all. It's drizzling here. Started off quite nice though. Ian's going to an auction today in Crewkerne. I was going with him but I'm waiting for a delivery and besides not interested in being in a cold auction room crammed in with others! So I think I'll have another quiet day. My mood is ok, but like so many others here, I find January a long and dark month that seems to go on forever. Roll on Spring!!
