    my mood usually improves during the day, lately ive been waking up really low and sometimes crying but im glad i have my job which motivates me and my work colleagues are really supportive

    coming back to this thread because my manager, who always asks how i am anyway, was talking to another member of the staff in the canteen the other day and i cant remember what the conversation was actually about but he was winding her up and shes a character anyway

    anyway i heard him saying 'do you ever wake up crying in the morning'

    to which i replied, looking in straight faced and him in the eyes

    'every day !'

    everyone in the canteen started laughing, i kept straight faced and pretended to be scrolling through my phone for about twenty seconds before i smiled

    this is a guy who studied psychology at uni and he doesnt get me at all
