    World Suicide Prevention Day *triggers*

    Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, and I wondered if perhaps those of us who have been there could offer some words to those who are feeling suicidal now.

    My advice would be: Never lose hope. There is always a medication you haven't tried. There are always reasons to live, even if it's just that someone has to water your house plants or feed your fish. You are needed and valued in ways you have never considered. Don't give up.
