    Well done
I believe if you wear enough pretty lipstick, sparkly jewellery and great shoes, no one will notice the size of your ass

Do you want to talk about not feeling brilliant?

Thanks Suzi. I have a cold that has gone on my chest (again) I don't have a chest infection. I told my manager that I need extra help so hopefully something will come of that. I have quite a busy weekend with work tomorrow and choir 'do' on Sunday.

Well done for asking for extra help. Asking for help is something I really struggle with!!!! I hope the chest feels better soon.

Still full of cold but I've been to work and now enjoying a cup of tea. Not in a terrifically good mood as the hairdressers failed to cancel my appointment for today and were expecting me. Also messed up my timesheet at work so might not get paid for an hour. I have emailed the hypnotherapist who is happy to see me again it is just a matter of when. Listened to the Poulenc in the car which has been very healing. Trouble is I cannot move the cd along well not in gloves. Think I need to settle down and stop being cross. OH and D have gone to see his parents but it is an hour and a quarter in the car. I'm also very hungry and only had some prawn toasts and sushi for lunch. Want to eat something.

Elizabeth I hope your cold gets better soon.

Read you were listening to Poulenc so stuck a CD in my PC and am playing Poulenc - Gloria now.

Hope you've had something to eat, for dinner or supper.
