    Friday Fab 5's: 6th November 2015

    So, it's Friday again! What 5 (or more or less) things have happened which have been positive for you this week? Remember it doesn't have to be a huge thing, but try to find some!
    No negativity allowed!!

    Mine to get you started:
    ~ Grown up conversations with my children.
    ~ H being asked to attend the Aspire group as "one of the top achievers in" her school.
    ~ Watching my baby on a big proper stage in a proper theatre last night being Olivia from Twelfth Night. She was amazing. The whole drama group were brilliant. It was a national thing taking place all week with certain plays on certain nights.
    ~ My new trainers. They have memory foam and are comfy
    ~ Allocating today as a rest day. Am proud of myself for acknowledging that today is a day where I need to rest and not rush around doing anything.

    Your turn!

    Here are mine
    Today they released the new Coldplay song - never have I been that excited on my way into work and since i heard it
    Off tonight to London to see Catfish and the Bottlemen - another band I love
    I may add music in general - its moments like these that I realise it changes how I feel and think. That is special and important to me and to the people in my life that suggest I might grow out of gig going by now then today tells me I never ever want to stop, it fills up my well and my heart
    More peaceful week at work
    Good catch up with a friend this week who I haven't seen in ages
    My best friend - who supports me no matter what - even in my Coldplay obsession (she loves them too). She listens and is there for me and I hope I am for her too
    Life feels bright today - a smile at work is infectious as people respond better to that than a frown. Its hard to do but today shows me I need to channel that!!

    I'm not sure where these will go but here ago;

    1. Celebrating my second week off libruim.
    2. Getting my act together and delivering the shoe box's to the charity.
    3. Also knitting about 20 hats and making 20 pompoms to go on top.
    4. I think having a daughter who can talk to me about anything, is one of my nicer ones.

    I think that's it.

    Well done, all! Here are mine:
    • Navigated through a crazy week with system issues while keeping most learners happy
    • Gave myself permission to do a little watercolor and lettering
    • Exercised everyday (before the cold!)
    • Almost done with the foot of the last special sock (loved the pattern so much, this is my second set from this pattern; going to an old friend)
    • Added the decorative buttons to a set of wrist warmers for my mom's birthday next month

    Wow, it's finally Friday. I just can't believe it. It's hard to find something, but here are some positives:
    - Enjoyed family evenings after work;
    - Getting better and recovering from my cold;
    - I've had more invitations at dating sites;
    - Clients have appreciated my translations;
    - Stood up to pressure of others.
