    Cool Fab 5's: Friday 18th Setember 2015

    It's Friday!!! So it's time for the fab 5's! What 5 (or more or less) things have been positive/made you smile this week? It doesn't have to be huge things, but anything! Nothing negative please or I will remove it! Have a go, even if you don't think you'll get to the 5!

    Mine to get you started:

    ~ School sorting out an issue for H.
    ~ F being elected House captain!
    ~ F being given the part of Olivia in their production of 12th Night.
    ~ Laughing with M - even more fab as it's been a tough week.
    ~ Good friends..

    Week 7 of my Go Sober Challenge done. Over the half way mark.
    Been out socialising twice this week
    Started my confidence course
    Going shopping today for tennis balls for Max
    maintaining my 100% winning record at darts

    Got to the end of a week despite the challenge of this cold and flu thing
    Realising some choices I made have been better for me overall
    Thinking more positively despite being ill which has sometimes made me sink low
    My neighbours who checked on me during the week as they'd not seen me to see if I was ok
    The final cardigan for the 4 year old on my family is finished (by my neighbour).

    A bit late

    -good final preparations for the duathlon on Sunday
    -going to watch QPR play but once but twice (think of that what you wish )
    -surviving another week in the new job
    -found a video on YouTube showing a concert from Blur earlier this year in Hong Kong


    Just the four I can think of right now but that will do me

    Finished up with the allergist this morning.
    Don't have physio for three weeks.
    Visited mum and dad on Wednesday. .
    I was down at weight watchers.
    I think that's all.

    It's been a whirl this week so it's trapping it all and getting it down

    - starting training properly for my voluntary job at the Citizens Advice Bureau
    - meeting lots of lovely people
    - I went into town 3 times this week - twice on my own!
    - my friend is slowly recovering from a serious neural illness
    - ordering/buying stuff for my new kitchen
    I believe if you wear enough pretty lipstick, sparkly jewellery and great shoes, no one will notice the size of your ass

    1. Survived 2 days in other office with no issues.
    2. Others finding me being in other office usefull
    3. survived first meeting with live well consultant.
