Im at a loss. Im very unhappy with life in general. I dont know what I am here for? I feel used by everyone. I give my whole life to looking after everyone around me. There is nothing left for me. I have no purpose in life. I am just existing. I don't know what to do?
Have you spoken to your gp at all? That would be your first thing to do as they can help you access care.
I completely agree with Jaq. Talk to your GP. Do you have any support around you? Friends? Hobbies?
I agree with what Jaq and Suzi have said, depression can be very isolating but the first step on getting better is to see your doctor.
