Sometimes when we're struggling we need to look at things on a smaller scale. This is something my counsellor got me to do to show me that things aren't always as bad as they seem. It makes the Friday fab 5's easier too ;)
So it's just a case of naming 3 positives. It doesn't matter how small they are, they just have to be positive.
So for me today that would be;
- have managed the basics
- even showered!
- sausage casserole for tea!

- Feeling better then I could have imagined today. In no small part thanks to the lovely people here at dwd.
- Got out of bed.
- Managed to do a tiny bit of housework.
- lunch out with my parents
- 6 month amazon prime free trial! Being a student has its perks ;)
- being able to put a smile on J's face

I just have one, my physio says I've improved lots since last week. And that I'm ahead of where I should be.

Have found the most delicious red wine - after years of not being able to drink red wine it’s nice to be able to appreciate it again

Sorted the car insurance.
My son arriving home from uni.
Having a clearer head than yesterday!
Starting this weeks work at the beginning of the week!!! Fingers crossed I will be completely caught up by Friday!!!
- Managing to eat in a normal way again.
- Made healthy breakfast muffins to try (tasted good :)
- Small walk to the shops for groceries.
- Another day of eating well (this is making me happy since it is a huge struggle).
- Watching favorite show with my mum.
- Tea with my brother he is supportive of my holiday.

- figured out a problem I was having on Facebook that stopped me posting to my Pages
- first post in a while to my Makalulu’s Treasures Facebook Page
- first whole day in a while I’ve felt in control of my brain
