Do I just right down how I'm feeling in each day.
Yep, it’s a great tool :). You can do it here or have a notebook with you to jot it down. It also helps to note what you’ve been doing that day, who you’ve spoken to, what you’re eating, any exercise, any appointments you’ve had - all of those and more can change your mood. It helps you work out your triggers

It's not really something you can do easily here, but you can do it in a notebook or there are apps for a phone which might help.
