Diabetes don't take chances

Was listening to the radio this morning and it seems diabetes type 2 is on the increase.
I put up a little chart that was good for me when I checked out to have it.
Don't leave it to chance. Diabetes is a huge and awful condition if left unchecked; so, if you have a more than two of these symptoms please contact your G.P.

Definitely look out for the symptoms as diabetes is on the rise.
I have nearly all of these symptoms but I have been checked several times and it was all clear. I eat far too much sugar.
