I’ve been getting better at this lately but still a struggle. Today I got out of the house, socialised, help out a friend, and took time out for myself to chill afterwards.

I aim to do all 3 today!
Yesterday I failed to eat well but managed the other two. Saying no it not my strength and not had anything to say no to yet but if the need arises I will do it.
I did a lot of that yesterday.

I really enjoy sleeping. I’ll be doing a lot of that today
I’m going out for lunch with friends. Don’t really feel up to it but I’m sure if I make the effort I’ll be worth it.

As I had a rubbish nights sleep, I’m definitely doing this today!
I had some strange dreams last night. I can’t even remember what it was about but I still feel out of sorts and so today it’s feet up in front of the tv watching darts and rugby.
