Done a "library" folder on Photobucket of some of my pattern inspired drawings.

FYI I use the Google Chrome browser.
Pen, have you ever thought of making a colouring in book for adults? They'd be awesome. I'd buy them!
I think that boat has long sailed without me, have you seen how many colouring books there are on the market? It's annoying as I did think of the idea about 4 years ago and dismissed it as I really did not think that adults would want colouring in books... :s Now I dont think I could get a foot in the market and I am pretty sure that the artists that producing a lot of the drawings get paid peanuts for their work, even if I thought I could find the time.
I love them, I really do. Of all the art you create, the drawings are my favourite. I think you could turn them into cards (for birthday etc). Are there any shops in Weston that sell that kind of thing?
There probably are but I am crap at selling my products, much better at selling my services and I am not sure I can find anymore hours in the day to work on getting the cards made and promoting them. I sold a few as christmas cards last year (not put those designs up as I want to be able to use them again for cards to sell this year and dont want people pinching the design) in fact I think I sold all the cards I made last year. (rofl)
You can put the designs online with a watermark over them to stop people pinching them. I suppose you could sell through ebay, etsy?
I know you don't have a lot of time on your hands. What is H like as a salesperson?
I have added the two christmas card designs from last year to photobucket. I think I will need to do new designs this year anyway.
They sold cos they're stunning :)
Just finished firing the first of my ring holders with melted glass in them. http://www.carantoc-art.co.uk/blog/
They're very pretty!
Those are lovely!
Gorgeous
Thought I would share some of my latest work with you all. It is interesting to look back at my life and realise if it had not been for getting a mental illness I would never have done any of this.

Just shown that link to my art obsessed youngest whose words were "wow, now that's art!"
You are so talented Pen!
Pen both the ceramics and the intricate line drawings are brilliant.
I think everyone is talented, just in different ways. I cannot crochet or knit to save my life and I see what my friends make and think they are way more talented than me. My pictures will never keep me warm like a crocheted blanket!
My tutor would say that there is no such thing as "talent" just determination and practice I am not sure I entirely agree with him but I think if you love doing something enough you will spend time learning how to do it and how to improve doing it.
I am also not able to draw a lot of things. I cannot draw a human likeness, my life drawings at college looked like something off Dr Who! I would not attempt a pet portrait (the owner would probably come after me with a knife when they say the picture!), my landscapes are a bit ropy as well but I have found what I can draw and I enjoy doing it.
People sometimes ask what I enjoy doing the most, the pottery or the drawings and its a difficult thing to answer as I enjoy both in the same amount. I have a "butterfly" brain and I like to flit between doing different things to keep my interest.
I think you're amazing!
So is everyone
Beautiful, but I so adore the highland cows!
I know. Everyone does lol. There are another two in the kiln at the moment and I have been asked to make another one for a present. The two in the kiln are a bit different. One has a butterfly in his nose and the other a mouse on her back. I sell them for £15 each (plus postage) but they rarely make it to be sold online as they sell as fast as I make them.
That does not wonder me. They do look great.
