Finding ways to cope is trial and error I'm afraid, what works for one won't work for everyone

Hi and welcome to DWD. We've lots of threads on things like coping and distraction so have a really good look around and join in where you feel comfortable.
Talking helps. Just getting the thoughts out of your head can be a relief and it’s good to know you’re not alone in how you feel. I find music is a great distraction for me
I'm willing to try anything till I can get to my docs on Monday. I'm always feeling alone on my own and failing x
