Has anyone else heard that vitamin b can help your ADs work more effectively? A friend mentioned it to me and I wondered if anyone here uses the supplement for this purpose.

Yes, second time this subject has come up for me this week. I did a bit of research on vitamin B when pregnant with my youngest and suffered carpal tunnel syndrome. vitamin B is useful for nerve problems and by eating more foods rich in vit b can help reduce symptoms. It wasn't just good for my carpal tunnel symptoms but I noticed a reduction in my anxiety.
That's really interesting. I think I'll research this further, thanks Stella.
If you want to try a supplement, buy from a pharmacy and check with the pharmacist for interactions with your medications.
I did get some supplements from Boots after checking with the pharmacist with all my meds. I'm now taking a Vit B complex, magesium and calcium and glucosamine for my joints.
