Ever heard of this? I hadnt until earlier when I was browsing

BBC Headroom -you can get to it by going on the BBC website Health page-has a dedicated helpline number 0800 0933 193 for anyone experiencing mental healthissues themselves or if they are worried for a friend or family member OR if they are looking for services in their local area
The number is free from a BT landline but other operators and mobile phones may charge

Just thought it might help somebody sometime
