:grouphug::Hello2: and welcome to the group.
Have you been to you Doctor?
Are you on meds or do you have access to councelling?
When do you need to move by, can you rent somewhere or move in with a family member till you find somewhere?
Keep talking to us there is usually one of around to listen.

:Hello2:
Welcome to DWD.
Do you have friends or family you can stay with until you have sorted out some permanant accomadation???
I'm taking it that the place you live now belongs to your boyfriend??
If you are really stuck for somewhere to live then you need to visit your council who can find some sort of temporary accomadation for you.

hello and welcome caz to DWD
i'm going to see the doctor now, he keeps refusing to give me meds. i've tried counselling and i've been on st john's wort for years but it doesnt work. i'm not being kicked out of the house right now or anything but it can only make it harder staying here. i was so down last night i was desperate, but i've come back on a level slightly right now, cant hope it'll last though.

Hi Caz, don't really know what to suggest, keep talking to your doctor, tell him how long you've been down and what it's like when you're down.
If you look for rented accommodation you can usually be in quite quickly, just harrass all the estate agents in your area to tell you about houses that are in your price range
Hi hunnipie! welcome to DWD, nice to meet you!
where abouts are you?
I have been there having to move out of an ex's.. so i know what you are going through.. the good news is that you will get through it and you will move on and find someone far better and life will be great! (sorry got married 2 days ago!!)
but what you need to do now is find somewhere to stay.. friends? family?
hugest hugest hugs...

Hi and welcome to DWD. You'll find lots of help and support here, so keep talking hunny :)
well, found somewhere to live, with a friend so thats a weight off. but the doctor says he doesnt think depression is that serious and doesnt want to give me anything. umm... ok. but my main problem is its all made worse by how much i miss my ex. its only been just over a week and i feel like part of me is missing. i know it'll get better but right now i just miss him so much and i still dont know why it ended.

Hugs Caz
huge hugs..
glad you have somewhere to stay!
tbh i think that everyone would feel awful after a break up (i know i always did) and i think that your gp could be right to not give you anything yet... see how you go!
make sure your diet is good and that you are getting plenty of exercise...
im not belittling how you feel but i know that gps have a hard time for just "dishing anti d's out like they are smarties" ... give it time and see how you go....
well i'm having a really good day today. after a couple of days of feeling like hell. you know that worrying feeling of 'when am i gonna go down again?' gotta work with him again tonight. but might be getting a kitten later today so thats a good thought. thank you to everyone for being there. its really helped. xx

Hooray for kittens, you'll have to show us pics when you get him/her :-) I want a kitten but himself is allergic so I have to live vicariously through others!
Try not to worry about bad feeling coming back and just enjoy feeling ok. If the bad does come back then you know it's not the end because you've come through it before to the good feelings so you will again! :-)
