hi everyone,
i have just joined this website so i am pretty new to this.
i have been diagnosed with depression since january 2007,it has been a number of things that have happened to me that brings me to this forum.
too cut a long story short i have always had low self esteem from a young age which has been carried on through to my adult life.
My grandad died in december and i have always had a rocky relationship with my mum which has broken down for good since my grandad passed away.
i take each day as it comes some some bad but i am hoping this website will be able to help clarify in my mind why this happens.
i look forward to hearing from u all

thank you
I have a lot of things going round in my head at the moment which i am trying to make sense of with out thinking i am going crazy or sending my partner crazy in the process which i am thinking i am close to doing with my heightend paranoia and mood swings don't know what to do !!!!!!!!!!! i feel that i am a burden on him and push him too far with my insecurities xx
The only thing that i can say as the partner of someone with clinical depression is that it is MY choice to stay with him and love him and be there for him in the good times and the bad..
Talking helps... this i also know
