I just gotÂ*Â*a letter from our local psychological service with a leaflet.
There is a website you can look at and although it says outlook south west it is aimed at everyone and has some very interesting stuff on.
Any won't babble on as I need to ring and arrange an appointment.

Wish they had something like that in my area - I have looked and looked and come up against nothing but brick walls
Hope you get on well with your appointment :crossfingers:

Poor Ali, that's a real shame. Is it you neck that's still making you feel rubbish? Will you be able to get there when your feeling better? I'll cross fingers it starts working out a little better for you

forgot to mention ( my brain like gu at the mo) I can't go to counselling as I can't get to the place would mean getting a bus into town then another bus to that village which i'm not prepared to do I hate buses at the best of times.
To be honest i'm ok about it, now hubby has got me a pup and we have now been out and got a vauxhall zafira ( very posh 7 seater lol) I won't feel shut in as much as we will be able to go out in the evenings for bbq on the beach and also can go out at the weekend to.

Ah yes, 'problem with your neck' doesn't really cover it does it! sorry. That really does sound horrible, I remember ti now from your other thread. It's a shame you won't be able to go to the Outlook place but as you say it would be one heck of a trek that would just make you feel worse!
Glad you can get out in evenings though, as you say that'll help you feel better :-)
