Introductions eh..?!

Hello all, what a fab idea this site is!!
My name is Kerri, I am 29 and was diagnosed with depression in Dec 2002. I have lived with anxiety ever since, came off Doxepin last September and life has been getting harder and harder since then, with panic attacks happening more frequent..... Me and my hubbie moved over here (Jersey) 18 months ago and it got out of control then - because of this I don't really have a support network because all my friends and family are back in Somerset.......
I am actually off the docs this evening as I am fed up with getting up in the morning and having to think to myself right, how on earth am I gonna get through today?! I have stopped going out on my own and now my eating is starting to suffer - I really cannot afford to lose any weight but it is starting to fall off..........

I worry about EVERYTHING hairpull.1

Will be encouraging my hubbie to join this forum - think it will be good for him too.

hi kerrie, im lisa and i too have depression, im on prozac and have been for nearly 2years, i too get my good and bad days, todays is a bad day, i dont know why but i just feel fed up, tearfull and dont wanna do anything, go anywhere or see anyone. read my intoduction post and ur get to know a bit more about me. hope all goes well at the docs tonite x

Hello people..... have been refferred to physchiatrist to check which meds would be best for me. The old ones were good for depression, but the anxiety still came through, so we will have a look-see which ones will be more suitable. For the time being, I have been given some of my old ones just to try and get some of my life back - keep me going til I get my appointment.....................

So, there we have it....... will plod along and wait and see ~ it's good to know that you lot are out there to have a yak to when things get poopie........
