Hello everyone,pleased to meet you. I've had depression and anxiety for 20 years now and BPD. I'm nearly 37 with a son of 18.I'm english but live in Holland with my Dutch husband.I don't work as i hardly go out as i get panic attacks and don't speak the language here very well! My son still lives in Uk and is very supportive.Right now is a tough time (only lived in Holland 2 years) and missing home very bad.Hope to get to know you all

Do you know what your trigger was with your depression/anxiety and have you been offered any support by the doctors/health professionals either in Holland or the UK?

It must be hard for you being alone in Holland with just your husband but hopefully posting on here will offer you some support and friendship
