Hi there
I just thought I would start by telling a bit about me - well what I remember anyway - my brain seems to have turned to mush!
I have 3 children aged 5, 2 and 1 and am expecting baby number 4 in July - definatly glutton for punishment. I have had PND with each child and each time its been worse than the last. I have had PND this time since Nov '05 and I still feel no closer to the end. I have had a really rough time, and have no one to talk to, and i can't go out. The internet has become a real lifeline for me.
I don't really have any hobbies anymore, although I do write and am currently writing a book on PND, if anyone fancies helping me by sharing their expereince or giving some fab advice it would be much appreicated.
Really I just want to meet people like me. - Maybe not completely like me or I think the whole world had gone nuts lol but just other mums/dads who feel lost, alone and very low. Even those who have been there and done that...I think i just need some support.
Well I hope I haven't scared anyone away... ???
