Hello I'm new here [Archive] - Dealing with Depression

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and would like to say hello to you all. My name's David and I've suffered with depression for almost 24 years now. I used to get anxiety with it but that got taken care of by cognital behavioural therapy - ppity it didn't do any good with the depression too. Anyhow thats about me.

I hope you find this site as helpful as the rest of us have ~ altho a tad quiet today ???

I am starting CBT next week as I too have the anxiety bit ~ bit nervous about that, but then I guess I wouldn't be doing it otherwise...lol!!!
